3. Intellectual Property

All code, design, and branding remain property of PDFlyte. You retain full ownership of your own files and generated outputs.

4. Subscription & Billing

Pro plans renew automatically unless canceled. Prices may change with notice. Refunds follow our fair-use and satisfaction policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

PDFlyte provides services “as-is.” We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or data loss.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
